nasi goreng dublin & daging goreng kicap bercili

15.11.2009 akan diadakan international bazar among diplomat wife di ireland & jemputan terbuka utk semua yg berada di ireland,sapa2 yg luar dari ireland pun dialu2 kan singgah yer bazar dibuka dari pukul 10pagi-4.30ptg.nanti selepas kejadian & kalau lar sempat nak posing kat bazar tu nanti, kita tepek gambo tu kat sni

jadi tu ler bila ada bazar nih,mmg we all semua bz. kita pun join skali buat karipap & popia. en asben pulak bz ngan hal opis termasuk lar penyediaan bazar...banner & sebagainya. ptg tadi pun sempat menambah lagi qty karipap dpt la 202pcs ada yg dijual frozen & ada yg akan digoreng siap2 utk dibawa ke bazar ahad nanti. bila dah siap,masuk ler skit sorang dlm freezer memasing jadi kita punya freezer sendat skit la dis week. jadi oleh kerana sendat,kita pun terlupa nak tambah brg2 basah sudahnya bila nak masak,nengok2 dalam esbok cuma ada daging fenin...fenin...itu yg dok keluar lauk daging jek,memula buat daging halia,kari daging pastu daging masak merah & semalam masak daging kicap bercili!!! sampai en asben pun pelik...apa nih ari2 masak daging...so next week kita tukar lauk eh laling.....

so kita buat ler nasi goreng dublin (actually USA) tapi pasai dah dok dublin tukar la nama makan dgn daging masak merah & semalam masak la daging kicap bercili





utk nasi goreng tu,kita buat cenggini :
Bahan-bahan :
nasi putih (sejuk)
bawang putih
bawang merah
lada hitam
lada sulah
sos tiram
sayur campur
Caranya : tumbuk lumat bwg putih & bwg merah. panaskan skit butter,tumis bawang naik bau,masukkan sayur campur & sos tiram,kacau. masuk nasi putih,serbuk lada hitam & lada sulah. kalau kurang masin blh tambah garam sikit.

Resepi : Daging Masak Merah, dyna MyResepi
Bahan-bahan ( 2-3 orang ) :
1/2 kilo daging dipotong nipis n direbus dengan pewarna merah sehingga lembut
1 bijik bawang besar dimayang
1 bijik cili capsicum hijau
1 cm halia
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu besar sos cili, 2 s/b sos tomato n 2 s/b sos tiram.. klu suka bleh lebih2 kan ikut citarasa
garam secukup rase... klu ader.. bleh letak kacang buncis.. daun bawang n daun sup... tak der kat dapur so tak letak...
Cara-cara :
Tumiskan bawang besau.. bawang putih n halia sehingga kekuningan Masukkan sos cili, sos tomato n sos tiram... klu kering taruk air skit... klu suka berkuah bleh taruk banyak skit... tapi jangan banyak ngat... Masukkan garam.. serbuk perasa klu suka bleh letak.. tapi saya tak letak sbb tak elok lah....
Masukkan daging rebus tadi.. masak hingga sebati.. Masukkan cili capsicum hijau tadi.. klu nak letak.. bleh masukkan kacang buncis.. daun sup n daun bawang..

Resepi : Daging Kicap Bercili, hudahana MyResepi
Bahan-bahan ( 4-5 org makan ) :
500g daging batang pinang - di hiris
15 tangkai cili kering
1/2 camca teh jintan besar
1/2 camca teh jintan kecil
1 camca teh lada hitam
1/2 inci halia
3 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
kicap pekat
sedikit air asam jawa
2-3 biji bawang besar dimayang
garam & gula secukup rasa
Cara-cara :
kisar cili, jintan, lada hitam, halia, bwg merah & bwg putih.tumis bahan kisar sehingga naik minyak
masukkan daging.masukkan air asam jawa, kicap, garam & gula.renihkan seketika, masukkan bawang besar.tutup api, sedia utk dihidang.

JUST A MOM?

A woman, renewing her driver's license at the County Clerk 's office,
was asked by the woman recorder to state her occupation.

She hesitated, uncertain how to classify herself.

'What I mean is, ' explained the recorder,
'do you have a job or are you just a ?'

'Of course I have a job,' snapped the woman.

'I'm a Mom.'

'We don't list 'Mom' as an occupation,
'housewife' covers it,'
Said the recorder emphatically.


I forgot all about her story until one day I found myself
in the same situation, this time at our own Town Hall.
The Clerk was obviously a career woman, poised,
efficient, and possessed of a high sounding title like,
'Official Interrogator' or 'Town Registrar.'

'What is your occupation?' she probed.

What made me say it? I do not know.
The words simply popped out.
'I'm a Research Associate in the field of
Child Development and Human Relations.'

The clerk paused, ball-point pen frozen in midair and
looked up as though she had not! heard r ight.

I repeated the title slowly emphasizing the most significant words.
Then I stared with wonder as my pronouncement was written,
in bold, black ink on the official questionnaire.

'Might I ask,' said the clerk with new interest,
'just what you do in your field?'

Coolly, without any trace of fluster in my voice,
I heard myself reply,
'I have a continuing program of research,
(what mother doesn't)
In the laboratory and in the field,
(normally I would have said indoors and out).
I'm working for my Masters, (first the Lord and then the whole family)
and already have four credits (all daughters).
Of course, the job is one of the most demanding in the humanities,
(any mother care to disagree?)
and I often work 14 hours a day, (24 is more like it).
But the job is more challenging than most run-of-the-mill careers
and the rewards are more of a satisfaction rather than just money.'

There was an increasing note of respect in the clerk's voice as she
completed the form, stood up, and personally ushered me to the door.

As I drove into our driveway, buoyed up by my glamorous new career,
I was greeted by my lab assistants -- ages 13, 7, and 3.
Upstairs I could hear our new experimental model,
(a 6 month old baby) in the child development program,
testing out a new vocal pattern.
I felt I had scored a beat on bureaucracy!
And I had gone on the official records as someone more
distinguished and indispensable to mankind than 'just another Mom.'
Motherhood!

What a glorious career!
Especially when there's a title on the door.


Does this make grandmothers
'Senior R esearch associates in the field of Child Development and Human Relations'
And great grandmothers
'Executive Senior Research Associates?'
I think so!!!
I also think it makes Aunts '
Associate Research Assistants.'

popia bersira

dah lama nak buat,tapi mcm biasa lar waiting list nya pnjg berjela..bergerabak2 menanti popia nih buat utk minum ptg, tapi skang nih dah cepat benau gelap kat luar,kul 5pm dah mcm kul 8pm gelap gelita,bila en asben blk kunun2 nak minum petang kul 6pm tu...adoiii laaaaa pelik sungguh

resepi utk sambal yg siram kat luar popia nih,kita main hentam je labu sbb penah nengok kwn buat camner,sib baik jadi...kekeke

utk inti popia tu, kita guna :
timun
lobak
telur dadar
taugeh
udang kering (rendam biar kurang skit masin)
udang basah
bawang putih
minyak masak & tumix
cara nak buat : tumbuk lumat bwg putih dgn udang kering.panaskan skit minyak masuk bahan tumbuk. dah naik bau,masuk udang basah & tumix,gaul sebati. bila udang dah tukar warna skit,masuk timun,lobak merah & taugeh. gaul lebih kurang & padam api. keluarkan dr kuali & terus tos dalam bakul,ini utk elak inti tu berair & rosak pulak kulit popia nanti.
utk sira cili tu pulak kita buat camni :
tumbuk lumat bwg putih & bwg merah. panas minyak,tumis bwg tumbuk,masuk cili giling. tumis sampai lada masak. masuk sos cili,sos tomato,cuka,gula & garam. masak api slow & sampai kuah tu pekat. dah siap masukkan popia yg dah siap goreng tadi,bila dah elok bersalut, taburkan dgn badam yg dah disangai.

baked pasta

last week masa tgk tv,nmpak la rachel ray masak utk dinner....baked pasta dah lama tak buat nih,rasanya last buat 2006!!! bkn la malas nak buat,tapiiiiiii en asben mmg tak gemor ler makanan cenggini so klu buat pun apa lagi kita jugak yg kena perabis sensorang, arina pun lum berani nak cuit2 lagi & kebetulan mmg perwakilan ladies pun ada aktiviti pagi sabtu,so friday nite kita pun godek ler kejap,ada la buah tgn blh bawa sikit time gather2 tu.oleh kerana takda stok mince beef jadi kita tukar la resepi letak ayam yg dipotong kiub,sodap jugak sbb kita sagat sebuku cheese tu sampai habis mana la tak sedap...mmg menjilat jari & sudahnya 1/4 kita sorang yg makan

kalau sesapa nak try blh lar guna resepi kat bawah nih, selalunya yang kita buat,masa tumis bawang tu kita masuk sekali lada merah 4biji biar pedas sikit

Resepi : Easy Pasta Baked, mutiarazura,MyR
Bahan-bahan :
500 gram pasta (sepeket pasta jenis pendek either penne, farfalle, shell or macaroni)
300 gram daging cincang (pilih ayam atau lembu)
1 ulas bawang putih – dicincang halus
1 labu bawang besar – dicincang halus
1 tin sedang tomato puri
1 tin cendawan butang - dihiris
1 biji lada benggala - didadu
1 kiub stok ayam atau lembu – ikut jenis daging yang digunakan
1 batang carrot – didadu
1 batang celery – didadu
1 sudu teh herba Oregano kering
1 helai Bay leaf kering (kalau taknak beli boleh juga gantikan 2 helai daun salam/ serai kayu segar)
Parutan keju samada Cheddar/Mozzarela/Romano atau Parmesan
3 sudu besar minyak zaitun
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Bahan sos putih :
2 sudu besar butter
1 sudu besar tepung gandum
2 kotak susu segar ( saya guna 2 kotak kecil Susu Dutch Lady full cream je)
Secubit lada hitam dan garam
Cara-cara :
Rebus 2 liter air dalam periuk besar, masukkan 2 sudu teh garam. Bila air mendidih baru masukkan pasta. Kacau sekali-sekala dan masukkan satu sudu teh minyak zaitun (atau minyak masak) agar pasta tak melekat. Bila pasta sudah lembut angkat dan toskan.
Buat inti daging :
Goreng bawang besar dan bawang putih. Jangan dibiar garing, cukup sekadar bawang layu. Kemudian masukkan daging cincang. Goreng hingga daging keperangan.
Masukkan carrot, cendawan, lada benggala (capsicum) dan celery. Kacau sebati.
Masukkan tomato puri. Jika nampak terlampau kering masukkan sedikit air. Jangan sampai berkuah pula.
Masukkan kiub ayam/lembu (hancurkan dan tabur, jangan masuk seketul) herba Oregano dan Bay leaf. Biar mendidih dan naik bau. Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa. Garam tak perlu banyak sebab stok dah masin. Bila nampak pekat dan agak kering, tutup api dan ketepikan.
Buat sos putih.
Masak butter atas api kecil (jangan sampai perang). Bila semua butter dah cair dan berbuih, taburkan tepung gandum, kacau cepat-cepat dengan senduk kayu. Kacau dalam 3-4 minit, kemudian masukkan susu segar. Masukkan garam dan serbuk lada hitam. Kacau hingga nampak sos sudah bersalut di belakang senduk kayu (agak pekat ). Tutup api.
Cara melapis :
Dalam bekas tahan panas (saya guna Pyrex. Pakai loyang kek pun boleh, tapi kalau pakai Pyrex boleh angkat terus hidang), mulakan dengan lapisan pasta, tabur rata. Lepas tu lapisan inti daging, kemudian ratakan sos putih. Teruskan melapis dan akhiri dengan taburan parutan keju di lapisan paling atas.
Bakar dalam oven suhu 190 darjah Celcius selama 30 minit atau sehingga keju cair dan keperangan.

aktiviti hujung minggu ;)

aktiviti last week...outing ke city west (30minit) drive dari dublin town... pergi sana coz celebrate b'day ank kawan & buat di salah satu kwsan indoor games...pagi2 lagi bz siapkan nescafe dlm warmer 3liter,tuna sandwich & muffin. mula2 dpt info nak celebrate kat open park,tu yg siap bawa bekal nak piknik2 over xcited ler pulak...b'day ank org lain kita lak yg berangkut makanan than bila jumpa tgh tu baru tau tukar plan wat kat indoor games & kat sni pulak strict tak blh bawa outside fud!!! dah lar kat dlm tu takda halal fud hangin jek outing kebuluran...pastu tgh kita org dok jaga ank,tiba2 sang2 suami semua hilang lesap ingatkan pergi berasap kat luar rupanya siap berpiknik kat bonet keta ngelat oooo... makan senyap2 tapi sib baik durang makan...kalau tak sapa nak perabiskan kalau kita bw balik umah nanti!!! pastu stay kat situ dalam 2jam & terus pergi cari kedai makan..lapar glerrrr sib baik organizer cari kedai makan m'sia so dapat lar merasa sate,singapore noodles & nasi goreng so potong cake kat situ & kebetulan kedai makan tu ada wat face painting coz we all wat b'day celebration kat situ itu yang aira jadi lion & arina jadi angel...kwn2 arina yg lain ada yang jadi butterfly,lion & b'day boy jadi drakula!!! tapi cuteeeeeee
